Day 01 - Arrival Mumbai

Meet our representative upon arrival in Mumbai and you would be transferred to your hotel. Freshen up and rest for the day. Overnight at Mumbai.

After breakfast rest for the day and later transfer to Mumbai airport for onward trip to Aurangabad.

After early breakfast half day visit Ellora Caves, UNESCO World Heritage Site. These magnificent caves showcase a blend of Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain rock-cut temples, with the famous Grishneshwar Temple , After exploring the caves and temple head back to Aurangabad for a quick refresh before proceeding to the airport to board your flight (6E 5383). Carry memories of an enriching cultural and historical journey as you bid farewell to Aurangabad. Daulatabad Fort, Bibi Ka Maqbara (Taj replica) and Panchakki (Watermill). Back to hoteland rest. Overnight in Aurangabad

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a full-day excursion to the Ajanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its ancient Buddhist rock-cut monuments. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours one way, offering scenic views en route. Upon arrival, marvel at the breathtaking murals, sculptures, and intricate carvings that date back to the 2nd century BCE to 6th century CE. Spend ample time exploring the caves, soaking in the historical and artistic significance. Lunch can be enjoyed at a local restaurant nearby. Return to the hotel by evening, and relax after the day’s exploration. Overnight in Aurangabad

After breakfast transfer to Aurangabad airport for onward trip to Udaipur. Arrive Udaipur. Transfer to hotel and relax. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Udaipur.

 

After breakfast, proceed for full-day tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace, standing on the east bank of Lake Pichola. The complex is a massive series of palaces built at different times from 1559. The balconies of the palace provide panoramic views of the Lake Palace Hotel and Jag Mandir on one side, and the city of Udaipur on the other. The paintings, mosaics, intricately carved ‘chhatris’ and the architecturally brilliant facade all contribute to making your visit to the City Palace a truly memorable experience. Thereafter, visit a picturesque garden, Sahelion ki Bari. You will visit also visit Jagat Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Ambika- a form of Goddess Durga. Built in 961 A.D, this temple is renowned for its intricate carvings in the exteriors. In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, which is an artificial fresh water lake (depending upon the water level of lake), created in the year 1362 AD. Overnight in Udaipur.

 

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Jodhpur. Enroute, visit the Ranakpur Temples, acclaimed worldwide for their intricate and superb architectural style. These temples form one of the five major pilgrimages of the Jain’s. Arrive Udaipur and check in to your hotel and relax. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Jodhpur.

 

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing trip of Jodhpur, which is the second largest city in Rajasthan and also called the ‘Sun City’. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort. This spectacular fort made from red sandstone stands on a perpendicular cliff above the skyline of Jodhpur.. Also visit Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. The monument, in its entirety, is built out of intricately carved sheets of marble. These stones are extremely thin and polished so that they emit a warm glow when the sun’s rays dance across their surface. Later, drive past the Mandore garden, which showcases cenotaphs of Jodhpur’s former rulers; instead of the usual umbrella-shaped cenotaphs these are built along the lines of a Hindu temple. Overnight in Jodhpur.

 

This morning after breakfast proceed to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer, which lies in the heart of the Thar Desert…a city, seeped in color and rich tradition; it was once a major centre on the trading route between India and the west. Arrive Jaisalmer and check in to your hotel. Overnight in Jaisalmer

This morning after breakfast proceed for half day tour of Jaisalmer. Visit Jaisalmer Fort, which is the only living fort of India and houses the entire township within its ramparts. Visit Salim Singh ki Haveli, built around 300 years ago, and Patwon-ki-Haveli which is the largest and most elaborate mansion of its kind in Jaisalmer, followed by a visit to Nathmal Ji ki Haveli, a grand mansion that blends Rajput and Islamic architecture. Later, visit Sam Sand Dunes, around 42 kms from Jaisalmer, is the closest place from where you can lose yourself in ‘The Great Thar Desert’. Enjoy Camel Safari at the dunes. Drive back to Jaisalmer hotel . Overnight in Jaisalmer.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Jaisalmer Airport for Onward trip to Delhi.
